Client work is governed by the privacy and data-processing terms in the applicable signed agreement.

You may choose to share information when you contact LYVATE, request a consultation, discuss a project, apply for a role, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, business contact details, company information, project context, and the contents of your message.

The contact and consultation forms send the information you choose to provide by email to LYVATE through its configured private email service. The careers profile form sends the information and PDF résumé you choose to provide through the same service. The website does not keep a separate form-submission record or save the résumé to application storage. Email copies are retained according to LYVATE's mailbox practices.

Netlify hosts the website and provides operational and security services. When you visit or use a form, the hosting platform may process an IP address, browser or device information, request metadata, and operational logs. The contact endpoint uses Netlify's rate limit controls, which group requests by IP address and domain to reduce abuse. LYVATE does not add an IP address or browser information to the enquiry email.

The current website implementation does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics integrations. Hosting providers may still process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service under their own service terms and data-processing commitments.

Information is shared only as needed with email and hosting providers that deliver, secure, and support the website, with advisers supporting business or legal operations, or when disclosure is required by law. Netlify supports website hosting and edge security; configured private email and SMTP services deliver form messages to LYVATE's mailbox.

These providers may process information internationally. The locations and safeguards that apply depend on the provider, the visitor's location, and applicable law. Contact support@lyvate.com if you need information about providers or transfer safeguards relevant to your submission.

The application does not maintain a separate form-submission database. Messages and résumé attachments remain in the receiving mailbox and provider systems only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry or careers profile, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. A specific deletion request will be assessed against those needs and applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before a potential engagement, based on LYVATE's legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website, based on your consent for a careers profile, or necessary to meet a legal obligation. The applicable basis depends on the purpose and local law.

LYVATE does not use information submitted through these website forms to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. You may also object to certain uses or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
