A paid, 3–5 day workshop that turns unclear goals into ranked opportunities and a practical first Focused Project.
Why this matters
Most engagements go wrong before any code is written, in the choice of what to build. A workshop is the cheapest place to be wrong: a week spent establishing that the obvious candidate is not the highest-value one costs far less than six months spent automating a workflow whose exceptions were never mapped. The output is deliberately a ranked list rather than a single recommendation, because the sequencing decision belongs to you.

How candidates get ranked
Four questions filter most candidate workflows quickly. Does it happen often enough that improvement compounds? Is the current outcome measurable, so a change can be judged honestly? Is the blast radius of a mistake understood and containable? And is there a named person who genuinely wants it fixed? A workflow clearing all four produces both a usable result and a great deal of institutional knowledge. One chosen because it demonstrates well tends to produce another demonstration.
